On Monday 23rd April we organised many different literary activities at school, including a Book Swap and International Storytelling in the patio.
The oldest students performed in Catalan their own interpretation of the story of Sant Jordi and the dragon, with a modern-day twist! and Nursery and Reception students performed the story of The Three Little Pigs.
The Sant Jordi celebrations are always special at ISCAT because St. George is also the patron saint of England. In addition, the 23rd April happens to be Shakespeare’s birthday, which gives an added significance to our literary activities.
