Year 3 began their new Science topic called Artful Flowers, Fruits and Seeds.
They learned about the work of artist Georgia O’Keeffe and they discovered some amazing facts about flowers and made close observations of different flowers with magnifiers. Children then dissected tulips to learn about the reproductive parts of flowers.
Finally children designed and made a 3D model of a flower.
