Literacy Week was a huge success at ISCAT again this year thanks to the organisation by Chris and Alice. Following on nicely from our Sant Jordi celebrations last week, this week saw students exploring different aspects of written and spoken language. 📚
On Monday we launched the ´Decorate a Door´ challenge and activities such as: Interviewing, poem writing and investigating crime scenes have followed. Both students and teachers also arrived dressed up as book characters on Friday. 🥳
We will bring our Literacy week to an official end on Monday 2nd May when we will host an Usborne Book Fair in school. Students across all age ranges of the school will have the opportunity to visit the book fair during the day and we will open our doors at 4pm to families who will then be able to purchase books. 📖
