Michelle is our current Key Stage 1 Form Tutor although she originally worked at ISCAT from 2011-2015 in Early Years.
She returned home to her native Newcastle in the north of England for a few years where she completed a PGCE with QTS at the University of Sunderland. During her training, Michelle worked in a large primary school in both key stage 1 & 2 taking a role in supporting the SEN department and in a bilingual Montessori setting. She brings recent pedagogies to ISCAT from both of these diverse environments.
She has a young family with whom she enjoys living in the mountains, growing fruit and vegetables and looking after their animals. Michelle is an artist at heart and enjoys using this interest in and out of the classroom!
We are all thrilled to have her return to ISCAT this year!
