🛩️✨ Recently, our Year 6 students had an interesting trip to Rosanes Airfield and two air-raid shelters in Llerona and La Garriga.
Guided by interactive and interpretive resources, they spent the morning exploring the airfield and the Can Sorgues shelter. In the afternoon, they visited the shelter at La Garriga station.
This enriching experience allowed them to delve into the history of the aviation fields of La Garriga and the air-raid shelters used during the Second World War and the Spanish Civil War. 🕊️🕰️
