Recently, APINDEP centre visited our school to engage our primary and secondary students in an inspiring session focused on sustainability and inclusion.
APINDEP, dedicated to supporting individuals with functional diversity, shared insights on their impactful oil recycling project. Through this initiative, they promote environmental care, social responsibility, and vocational training for better inclusion in the workforce. ♻️
🛢️✨ During the event, students learned how simple actions, like collecting recycled oil in a “claki,” help create a positive cycle for both our community and the environment.
Our Year 8 & 9 students further participated in a hands-on candle-making workshop using recycled oil, discovering firsthand how sustainability can spark creativity and make a difference. 🕯️
If you are interested in collaborating, make a donation of 3€ and receive your Claki bottle from the office! 📧
