Our Year 9 students as part of their English Secondary project had to make a “playlist” of different songs to represent the play Romeo and Juliet. 🎶
They had to justify their choices by using quotes from the play and comparing them to the lyrics or themes of the songs chosen. 🥰
Not only did they really enjoy this project but they had the opportunity to develop their public speaking skills by presenting their ideas to the whole class. 🤩
